International Arab Journal of Dentistry
The International Arab Journal of Dentistry (IAJD) is the official journal of the Association of Arab Dental Faculties and is owned and published by Saint Joseph University of Beirut. IAJD is an international, open access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal with a focus on the Arab region (ISSN 2218-0885).
Established in 2010, the journal publishes high-quality articles across all fields of dentistry and oral health sciences. The main article types include Original Articles (Research Articles and RCTs), Case Reports and Case Series, systematic Reviews, and Meta-Analyses, Review Articles (considered only in exceptional cases), Letters to the Editors, Editorials (by invitation only).
All articles are published in English. The journal is indexed in Scopus, Google Scholar, IMEMR, and EBSCO.
The journal was previously published biannually. Starting in January 2026, the publication frequency was increased to four issues per year, released in January, April, July, and October. This development is accompanied by continuous improvements to the editorial process and the online presentation of articles to enhance quality, clarity, and overall reader experience.
